Great message. Was excited to give these as holiday gifts and support a brand that aligns with our family values in aiding humane societies. Very disappointed that I ordered over a month ago, received notice that my product “shipped”, only to be redirected to some bogus UPS site and ensuing crickets and ghosts from the vendor. The pup socks company has a great message, but terrible execution. 35 days and counting. At this point I want the product based on principle, but will spend future dollars on equally worthy causes and better execution. I would not recommend this brand.

I ordered from PupSocks over a month ago and I haven’t received my package.

I contacted Pup socks after receiving my order. You could not even see that it was a dogs face, it was a black blurr. I contacted them to get a replacement, but I never heard back, so it was a $30.00 waste. Im sincerely disappointed these were a gift!

I did not find the socks to be of great quality. poor print quality and weird fabric. There was also a weird line on the side. Funny socks though

Very underwhelmed & disappointed with this product & customer service. First for the quality of the socks…when the socks arrived, I thought they mistakenly sent us a tie becuase of the shape and material. The socks are very awkwardly shaped. I purchased as a gift for my husband (mens size 10.5) and the sock was SO wide. When he tired them on, the fit was bizarre, to get them to fit “properly” the heel markings were up past his ankle. The material of the sock was also very odd, they were stiff and almost seemed like a tie or a sock that would go over a shin guard in soccer. The photo of our pup came out ok so I will give them credit there but I certainly would not purchase these again, which is disappointing. Finally I purchased for a Christmas gift with the “Christmas arrival guarantee” or you’d get your money back. Not only did my socks come over a week after Christmas, I have YET to hear back from their customer service department about a refund. Feels like a scam.

The socks are nice quality but customer service is not good. I was sent an incorrect order and Wrote to the company but haven’t heard back yet. :(

Incorrect photos printed on items, when specified clearly which ones needed to be printed. Poor quality product. Not worth the $29.99 for socks and $59.99 for the blanket. Very disappointed with the purchase!!!

Socks took over a month to get here. I tried reaching out to customer service, but didn’t hear back until after the socks had finally arrived. Quality wasn’t what I had expected either
