I wanted to love this company but I ordered my socks before Christmas and received them on January 4. I got three pairs of socks. Two were correct however one was of a dog I don't know. I have emailed only to wait and wait for a response. Great idea but not very good.

Super disappointed in the condition and quality of these. I bought them as gifts but there’s no way I can gift these. Order came late, and arrived out of the packaging with dirt marks. The quality of the print is so bad that the dog faces look just like dark shapes rather than clear images like advertised. Seems like no one is print proofing these. Great concept, really poor execution, really want my money back.

I placed my order on 12/16. Received a notification that it shipped on 12/22. The tracking number provided looks like it’s never been picked up. It only says “shipment ready for ups.” I sent an email to customer service about this on 1/3 and have yet to hear anything back. My next call will be to my credit card to withhold payment. My order number is 2721522

I am still waiting on my order that I paid for and placed a month ago. I have emailed the support team several times with no response back. I ordered a blanket and 3 pair of socks, 3 different orders. The blanket it just a brown blanket and one pair of the socks is NOT the photo I sent in nor my dog. I can not seem to get ahold of anyone from this company. Is this company SPAM?!

The shipping was excessively delayed making it late for Christmas even though it was ordered 12/2. The quality and comfort of the sock is lacking terribly.

I ordered pup socks Order #2700821 on December 10th and the marketing said that I would get them before Christmas if I order that day. It did not. When I ordered the socks I did not get a choice of size nor did I get a receipt. I see that I received a receipt on December 21st, (11 days after the order). I Just received them on January 5th and it was a size 13 which do not fit anyone in my family. Please let me know if these could be returned for a smaller size?

These socks aren’t socks at all. They’re a cloth tube with stretched out fabric at the heel They are shaped in a way that they can’t be worn with shoes. I am requesting a full refund.
