The mask has no contouring and is so small it won't even fit a child's face and the socks aren't even sock material....they look like flippers on your feet. Don't waste your money.....

Save your money. It took a month to arrive, and the socks are of so low quality I threw them out rather then give them as the funny gift they were intended for. Material is thin, almost medical feeling. The sole portion is huge. Not worth $10, let alone the $30+ they charge.

So disappointed in these socks. Ordered them for a Christmas present and the picture was so dark you couldn't recognize our dog. Then the socks themselves felt more like compression socks- not soft or sock like at all. Very disappointing and will never use agai.

I have not received my socks yet. In addition, I can't get a hold of the company through email.

Package never arrived. Said it was delivered but never was. It was a gift for Christmas and now I still don’t have it

Shipping took 3 weeks, we missed Christmas. I order on Dec 2, they arrive December 28th. The image was terrible on the socks as well, printed poorly, very dark.

They printed a very bad image of the dog...It was soo dark you could ONLY see a big dark ball of nothing. Socks material is absolutely horrible and would NEVER wear. Promised to reprint after complaint, but never did. Very shady company and customer service sucks!

I bought these for a colleague at work for Christmas not only did they take three weeks longer than quoted but you can’t even see the dogs face in the picture it’s a black dog and you can’t see its eyes you can’t see its nose you can’t see anything. The picture is very clear and bright , so it’s not the image. I don’t know how someone would print this and ship it like that’s OK? Why would any spend money on a personalized gift just to see that when it’s received it’s not personalized at all. What a disappointment, waste of money, and a ruined (late) Christmas gift
