2 pair ordered on 12/10/21, delivered late evening 1/5/22. No answer from customer service, emailed on 12/26. Would not recommend.

Order never delivered after 4 months.

Well first and foremost I paid for the 10$ shipping and it took 13 days for my order to arrive and when it did arrive I noticed that the company used the cheapest shipping they could get essentially pocketing my money.

HELP!!! I have reached out several times as the wrong socks were sent to me and NO ONE has responded PLEASE contact me to remedy this problem. I've even offered to send the wrong socks to the right person but I just want my socks I paid for! I have ordered from you several times before and its been great but this lack of response and no customer service is inexcusable! Please call me at 303-725-6212

I have still not received my order. I ordered before Christmas and paid to have it expedited. It was guaranteed before christmas.

I was sent red socks (I ordered white) and they had SOMEONE ELSE'S DOG! It was a black dog and I have a yellow lab! And of course the emails they sent me gave me no where to complain. Thanks for screwing me over!

Its hard to review a product that I still have not received. It was shipped on 12/21 and I know it was over the holidays but I would have hoped that I would have received my sox's by now but they are still in transit.

I paid for the money-back guarantee to ensure the socks arrived before Christmas and they arrived on Dec. 29th. I have contacted you about getting a refund and still no one has responded as of Jan. 6. I received this review request - so here you go - Would you please refund my order?!
