I ordered and paid for two pairs of socks but only one pair arrived. I have tried contacting customer service and have not received a reply days later. The one pair I received looks nice, but I am dissatisfied that I never received the 2nd pair and have had no communication from the company.

I requested that my ENTIRE pet be cropped for the socks. When they finally arrived only the animal's head had been cropped. They disregarded my request and the quality of the product suffered.

Pictures are cute but they seem narrowed. Texture of the socks is super weird. Price goes up for every different picture. Can’t say I’d do this again. The sock texture is the biggest negative.

The custom photo looks good but the quality of the socks is quite low. Too expensive for such cheap materials.

The socks are so cute, but they’re huge!! I ordered a size small, as my foot is a size 6 and small was 4-8 they fit my husbands size 13 mens foot.. They also took FOREVER to arrive, the shipping said they were due to arrive 12/13 and I didn’t receive them until 12/22. Couldn’t get an answer back from customer service about where my order was either.. Overall, I wouldn’t use this company again.

I placed an order at the end of November for a blanket and socks. I received the blanket promptly. I did not get the socks. I have been reaching out since December 10 in hopes of resolving the issue of the missing socks. I have gotten automated responses stating someone will be in contact me within 72 hours. No one has. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service. The products aren’t cheap and I’m being ignored after paying for a product I didn’t receive.

Very disappointed in the quality of the socks. Also the photos came out so dark on the transfer that both of my cats look the same, even though one is a blue point and the other is a seal point. Given how much I paid, I expected much more. I was excited to gift these to my kids for Christmas, now I feel like I have to apologize for how bad they look. I doubt they’ll wear them.

The image on the sock came out all black. Granted it was of a black cat, but it would have been nice if at some point during the processes I was contacted about the image being too dark. Then I could have given a lighter picture that would have printed better.
