I asked for a specific part of the picture to be included on the socks and when socks were received, the picture was not correct.

I know it is the holiday but I placed an Order on November 25th and did not receive the order until December 22nd. However, the worst part was not the wait time but the lack of communication. I received 16 emails with promotional information but not one response from customer service about where my item was. How could it possibly take almost a month to complete my order? There are so many other companies who create socks like this but I want to take advantage of your give back to humane societies.

The socks are cheap and the picture of our dog was very dark. They took a long time to arrive. I would not purchase again. Two stars rather than one because I wasn’t really expecting high quality, but it was not even as expected.

The sock fabric was bright rainbow and the face of my cat was not. It is her face bit it looks shadowed Grey and does not match with the bright of the sock fabric. I will not order again. If the picture could not be clear I would have expected communication to inform me prior to printing.

Ordered a women’s small. What came could have fit the largest person I know. No response from vendor

Took almost two months and an email to get my order. Quality was not what I was expecting. Image quality is good. Sock quality is not.

Bad quality. One of my socks was very obviously printed off-center. One of the dogs heads got cut off by the edge of the sock and there’s blank space on the other side. The material is ok but the measurements are weird, the calf area needs to be bigger because it stretches to the point you can’t tell what the design is. Also customer service is terrible, I emailed about my order and my email got kicked back 4 times due to their domain. When it finally went through, I never received a response. Thankfully I actually got my order or I would have had to dispute.

Great concept but serious flaw in execution, I ordered countless similar things over the years and almost all of them either flagged me if picture was of poor quality or let me view product before going to print. Pup socks doesn’t so I ended up with a pair of pricey socks that you can barely make out my pups. My dogs have black faces so I basically have two black splotches throughout socks. Disappointed and doubtful socks will be the hit I was hoping for. Giving two stars rather than one because as stated my dogs faces are black but rather than ship me these somewhere along the production line this should have been flagged. I get it is the Holidays maybe busy but sending out these are only going to result in this bad review.
