GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

Do not waste your money. I received socks with someone else's dogs on them. They are also very low quality. When I contacted them to get the right socks with my pets on them, they told me they weren't purchased through them, even though I had emails from them and they sent me a link to this survey.

Still haven't received my order of three blankets made on 12/8. Even after a shipping email from pup socks said it shipped on 12/17. Order still shows waiting to be picked up by UPS. I have sent three emails with ZERO responce from this company. All I can do now is try to get my money back. Very poor customer service.

Socks couldn't even be pulled onto my foot.

I did not receive my order. The tracking number that was given to me would not produce any results for 2 weeks. When the tracking finally showed, it said that the package had been delivered, which it did not or had been delivered to the wrong address. I have emailed the company 3 times in the last 3 days and have had no response. I understand they are very busy, but emails should be replied to within the day or at least by the next day. So, in my case, the customer service it’s terrible.

Still haven’t received the socks and haven’t heard back from customer service

While I did receive my order, it did not arrive in time for Christmas, as promised repeatedly by your many emails. After receiving my order and seeing how poorly they are made, it just furthered my disappointment in your product. Socks are poor quality and even worse fitting. Improve the quality and fit of your product and you will have a wonderful product.

I put one star because I can't put less than that. I still haven't received my socks after 3 weeks and I can't have information about my pack I tried to write an email and I didn't receive any response Not worth it!!

I don't receive my socks eland the team don't respond in Instagram DM...
