No communication on product process or progress. The socks feel cheap and uncomfortable and there should have been a way for you to proof before print. Very disappointed with the process, lack of customer support, lack of quality and cost. This is a novelty item of low quality

Ordered for a Christmas gift on 12/10/21, and said it would take 8-10 business days to arrive. It just shipped on the 20th, and I'm not receiving until the 29th! Lousy, horrible, lousy!!!

Pics were great but quality of socks is terrible. They are very thin and the material is cheap.

Disappointed-our dog is mostly black, but he does have some mottling white/brown around the face and snout. The face on the socks came out completely black-you cannot see eyes unless you strain, so it basically looks like a black blob. Sock material is strange-not the texture of a sock at al. lActually feels more like tie material (shiny polyester). Would give just one star but sometimes I don't trust one star reviews. I can't decide whether to give them to my husband or not. Wish I had read reviews first. If I'd known the average was 3 stars I never would have purchased them. Got suckered into them through an Instagram ad. I should know better.

The socks I received were not the socks that I ordered, they were a completely different material. I ordered one cat sock and one dog. The cat sock photo was accurate and shaped appropriately, the dog photo was cut into round blob, cut off his ears, and barely resembles my dog's face.

Since you asked (before order even arrived).... Order was placed on Nov. 30. Still not here on Dec. 23.

These socks are not very soft, and they look and feel like compression hose. The top of one of the pictures (I chose 2 photos) looks like part of the dogs head is missing. I do not think they are worth the money I paid and am disappointed that I ordered them.
