I never received my order which was supposed to come before Christmas. Here it is January 7th and now the tracking info has completely disappeared from the UPS website. They lied to me and sent an email saying it had shipped out on Dec 21st but then when I was finally able to see some tracking info, it showed that the label wasn't even created until Dec 31st. I am now going to file a chargeback with Visa to get my money back. I highly advise against purchasing from this company. They are just a middle-man scammer that uses ThreadStudio dot com to create their products.

Horrible. I ordered a blanket with pictures of two cats, one of the pictures blacked out all the coloring and the template cut off parts of the faces. Wrote to customer service about the issue the next day and received an automated response that I would hear back from a rep in 72 hours. 9 days later no response. If I was sent a preview of what the blanket would look like prior to production, I would have never let them make it.

Ordered my pup socks over two weeks before Christmas, to go along with a sentimental gift for my husband as our pup passed away in October. I understand shipping delays at this time, but there was zero communication as to this item not being delivered by Christmas. Not even a warning. Ok, now that is fine and dandy, but then when I received the order two days after Christmas, it was the complete wrong order, and not our pup! Ok, again, I understand mistakes happen! I send email to ask for refund or the correct order, and have yet to receive a response…very disappointing.

Loved the idea of this gift, but have had multiple issues with my two orders and no response from Customer Service. 1. Placed two individual orders (within 1 hr), and emailed CS to see if they could combine the orders into 1 shipment to save me some $. I knew it was a long shot, but never received any response. 2. First order arrived and the dog's face is too dark to even tell what it's supposed to be. I thought it was a good picture of the dog I submitted, so it's frustrating that there's no 'proof' process or help from their 'designers' to make sure a quality product is produced. 3. Second order arrived as... the wrong order. Wrong sock background, wrong dog. I've reached out to Customer Service *twice* about these last two issues and have yet to receive any response. :-\ I'd advise finding another service to produce your gifts.

Really great idea, but customer service is extremely unresponsive. Reached out several times, only to wait a week or more for a canned response. Currently waiting over 2 weeks for an email confirmation shipping will be refunded for guaranteed ship date (as stated on invoice/packing slip. Sock quality is not as expected. Photo imprint is much darker than actual photo supplied, which is clear with good contrast.

This was my second time ordering with Pup Socks - i had issues the first time but really wanted to give you another chance. I just got my order(finally) and the socks just had black blobs on them can't even see the dogs face. I thought i was going to get a mock up to approve (which i did the first time ordering) - I DID NOT - and now i have a pair of socks that are white with black blobs and worthless. SO DISSAPPOINTED.

Terrible customer service. Accident ordered two and never let me cancel my accident order. What kind of company operates like this? Socks were ok.
