I bought two pairs of socks but one of the pair had the print very bad made. Ot was too dark and you were not able to see my dog's face properly. I filled the form for the printing issues like a week ago but Im still yet to recive a response. Not happy at all.

I was disappointed in the way the socks are made. They do not fit like regular socks. I will probably not wear them because they aren’t comfortable. I think there needs to be improvements made. They were too big and the material bunched up at my ankle and was uncomfortable. I will give a 5 star rating for the image of my dog, though…it was spot on!

I ordered two pairs of socks with two different dog's pictures for my twin grandchildrens' birthday. The first pair that arrived looked good but the picture on the second pair is so dark that it is difficult to make out the features of the dog. I wrote to PupSocks and received a message back stating that someone would get in touch with me. That was five days ago, and I've heard nothing. I realize that it is Christmas week but my grandchildrens' birthday in one week from today and I am stuck with an unsatisfactory product.

They obviously don’t read customer service complaints. They sent this survey asking how they did without ever responding to my complaint. Poor quality, did not follow printing instructions, took for everything to receive!

I thought they would have a bigger image. I thought the socks would at least be comfortable, well-made socks. Quite disappointed, ESPECIALLY for the price.

This is the email I wrote with no response Hello, I received my socks today, and I cannot see one of my cats face. There is no proof sent to the customer before ordering and I definitely would not have approved this or paid all this money for 1 pair of socks that you can't even tell is my cat. Is there no one looking at these before they go into production? I would like my socks re made

Did not get correct order!!!! Emailed 4 days ago to notify and included my order number and the order number I actually received to ask for assistance. I still have not received a response from anyone!! Disappointing for sure.

The sock material is so cheap, awful & shapeless. Puppy’s head cropped too much. Otherwise they are cute but I would not but again.
