I am still waiting for the socks I ordered before Christmas!

Placed order on Dec 7. Received a ship notice on Dec 16 but tracking showed it was not tendered until Dec 20. It arrived in Carrollton TX (about 15 miles away) on Dec 22 but took until Dec 27 for delivery. I tired throughout the process to contact them via email with no response. When I got it [after Christmas of course], I was VERY VERY disappointed in the quality of the photo. It is so dark you can barely see any features of the dog's face. Quality of the socks themselves seems good. But overall a very disappointing experience. Too bad because I had hoped to order more for other friends.

If I could give a negative for stars - I would. Ordered socks with 3 cats on them, paid extra for that, on 12/12. Promised delivery before Christmas. Didn't receive until 12/30 and it is 1 dog on the socks - and not my dog. Tried emailing SEVEN times, no response. Found a phone number on google for them - the guy is telling me I need to do a Team Viewer session with him and provide my computer ID and PIN for him to provide me with some form to send the wrong socks back. NOT happening. Called my credit card company and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. This is a scam - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look at these reviews. All 1 star, geniune complaints- nobody received product. Then look at every other review- it's the same 4 star review with a phone number. That phone number is bogus (try calling it). Shame on this overseas company scamming everybody. This is not even a legitimate company. Beware. I'm disputing with my credit card company and reporting PupSocks to the BBB and the FBI. I hope Trustpilot removes the reviews.

Placed my order on December 13th… still no update on tracking and where it is. Multiple attempts to customer service - no answer. Still hoping to get the socks or a full refund. This was supposed to be a Gift…

This is so bad. Their customer service does not read emails thoroughly, they do not respond in a timely manner (took two BDs), and on top of it all, the product they sent me was all incorrect!! I order 4 pairs of socks from them! They misprinted my dog on one of the socks (even though the same exact picture was being used for them all) and then did not give me the correct designs. LIKE WHAT??? And I kept communicating with them over email... waiting for responses... and still ended up getting a terrible order. Save yourself the money, time, and most importantly excitement. I was so excited for this just to be SUPREMELY let down.

I ordered these in December as a gift for a family member who just got a new puppy. The socks she received were not only NOT her pup but an entirely different breed. I have contacted this company several times to make it right with no response.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks with the same dog picture. Got a confirmation when my order shipped that showed my exact order with the same picture on both. The order I received was 2 pairs, one of my dog, one of someone else's dog. I immediately emailed the company and have not received a response 24 hours later. The one they got right is adorable, but I'm disappointed they would make such a sloppy mistake and then not respond.
