one of the dog photos came out too dark

First, I made my order on 12/23 and it did't arrive until 1/8. Even with consideration for the holidays that is a long time to wait for something. The gift came out cute and "did the job" but the socks are made with a terrible material that looks like plastic (probably 100% polyester) and the mask came out too small and is also made out of that same plasticky material. Overall it did the trick, but I doubt I'll ever order this again since the material it's made of is truly heinous.

Don’t get me wrong, I understand times are tough but the way I was handled as a customer is ridiculous. I sent an email on December 14th and received a response to THAT email at least two weeks later. In that time, I sent two more emails(which were sent one week apart) trying to get information about my product shipping. Zero response!!! Next thing I know is I was told my product was shipping. Finally!!! Well, after that information I was told it would be delivered on 1/11 but that didn’t happen. It finally got delivered on 1/14 or 1/15. I paid for two day shipping which that didn’t happen. The socks are nice and my husband and kiddo loved them but you seriously need to work on your customer service.

USPS lost my socks, customer service was great and got me another pair quick. Quality is poor. Real cheap plastic material and not comfortable. Printing is actually done pretty well though. Novalty socks but not ones you'll wear around comfortably.

Awesome product idea. Socks are a bit uncomfortable and shaped odd.

This was my second time ordering from this company. The first time went well, this time, not so much. I ordered the socks long before Christmas and thought for sure they would arrive by then. I sent messages to the company multiple times and got no response. Finally AFTER Christmas I got a reply saying sorry they were so late. If you want these for a gift, just make sure to order at least a month or more before you want to receive them.

I thought the socks were more like dress socks but instead were more like work socks. Not impressed. My order took 6 weeks to arrive. I contacted the company 3 seperate times & never got a response. I finally was given a tracking number, but I never could track the package. They just showed up one day. I can understand the shipping & customer service issues with Covid & Christmas, but the quality was average at best. Disappointed!

The delivery took 4 weeks, but I received the wrong order. I emailed the customer support team 3 times over a period of 3 weeks and I finally received a response after I filed a complaint via BBB.org. Shortly thereafter, I received an email from the PupSocks support team and the associate was very helpful and apologetic. I received my order a week after speaking with the associate. She sent me tracking information, which I appreciated. The quality of the socks is decent, but not great.
