I have no idea - they have not been received yet - you might recall that a satisfied customer can only be satisfied when product is received - and 2 weeks after you said my order was complete- I still have not seen this item.

If you are going to advertise around the holidays, you'd better be prepared to fulfill your orders or have the customer service staff to handle questions. I ordered two pairs on December 1 and received an email that they would be shipped within 5-8 business days. I did not receive them until January 10th. In the meantime, I filled out an inquiry form twice on their website to find out the status of the order. I never had a response. The socks are OK, not great quality, not comfortable. The print quality is OK, but my black dog looks pretty black without as many highlights as in the photo. Overall, I was really disappointed in the experience and would not recommend ordering from this company.

got someone else's puppy on my socks!! tried to connect through customer service chat with no luck.

Took 25 days to get to us. No communication from the company when I emailed. Tracking number was bogus. I was about to dispute the charge on my card. Also the quality and style was not at all what I was expecting.

I bought these as a gift and here is the comment I received from the recipient: "They're very cute... unfortunately they're not made very well haha and don't really fit like socks, but I'll find a place to put them! haha" It's really unfortunate that she isn't going to wear them as socks, since that was the point. She loves wearing interesting socks and this would have been perfect!

The graphics were good but the socks were of poor quality. They were not made of normal sock material, but of some shiny polyester-like stuff that sag and bunch around the ankle. In addition, I ordered them for a Christmas gift on Dec. 8 -- they did not ship until a full week after I ordered them and took over another week to get here -- after Christmas. A waste of $30.
