Hello there! I'm so excited to see that the images and cropping came out great! It is unfortunate to see that the quality was not what you expected. We strive to always find and use the best materials when crafting our Socks. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. We do appreciate the time you took to give us a review, it's a growing company and this let us know what we need to improve on. Believe me, our main focus is to make our customers happy and for them to have a memorable gift. We value and appreciate your business. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our experts at [email protected]

Hi Colleen, Thank you so much for the review. I am sorry the print did not come out as big as you would have liked. We are thrilled to be able to crop and print your photo for you. While we do crop your photo to feature a face (unless specified otherwise), we do not edit any of the features of your dog, cat, or person including editing out the red-eye, adding ears, or removing objects, or making the face larger. I apologize for this and hope you still love your custom Pupsocks. You pup is adorable! Have a great day! Betsy The PupSocks Team
