I was very excited about the potential for this product. I placed my order so that it was supposed to arrive by Christmas Eve 2021 (was intended to be a Christmas gift). It is now 01/09/2022 and I still have not received my order. I tried to email asking about it and my email was bounced back. I am pretty disappointed.

I was expecting a better quality product.

Horrible customer service! I ordered my socks on 12/6. Over a month later, still have not received the socks. Have left 3 emails AND 4 chats with absolutely no response! I get that orders might be delayed due to the holiday and all but not responding to any of my messages is just horrible! Anyways, disputing the charge and hopefully getting my money back. Beware before buying that there is a chance you will not receive item.

I never received my socks. Attempted to reach out through customer services but never heard back. I’m extremely disappointed.

I ordered socks as a gift on 12/11. My status showed that on 12/21 it was going to be mailed out. My brother has yet to receive his gift, and also when I go to the tracking info for the product it still has yet to be shipped! I have contacted pup socks twice the last week and a half on different days to either get a full refund or get my brother his socks ASAP and they never responded to either contact attempts. They stole my money, never responded to my attempts to get the issue resolved, and have yet to receive the product. beware

These socks looked super cute and I was really excited to receive them. However, when I did they were photo of dogs I did not recognize. These were not the photos I provided. I sent an email to fix this over a week ago but have not been able to receive a response from the company.

Despite ordering well before cut off to arrive by Christmas order arrived 5 days after Christmas. When order hadn’t shipped by Dec 18th I reached out to Customer Service to inquire what was going on and did not receive a response. When it become apparent the socks were not going to arrive before Christmas I reached out again and still have not received a response. There are other companies doing the same thing that are hopefully better run.

Order took over a month to receive. I was sent the WRONG item with someone else’s pet printed on it! And I still have yet to get any response to my emails. No customer service. AWFUL experience! Buyers beware!
