Product is acceptable-good quality. Size runs a little big. Took a month to arrive. Customer service never responded to communications.

It took so long for the order to leave it’s starting point. I wish things moved quicker. It’s been 40 days and I’m still waiting.

One of the pairs the dogs face was almost a black blob. If it was too dark I should have been notified. I included notes to please contact if it was too dark, or couldn’t include what I asked for. I messaged customer service, haven’t heard back. Was excited for the gifts, but not sure. No one has. Tried them on yet, so we shat see.

The socks took about 2 weeks to arrive, which was close, but a few days past when I need them for a birthday present. It's fine, we'll give it as a Christmas gift. However, the quality isn't the best. We'll see how they are after they're washed, but they seem really stiff and scratchy.

I received an email saying that my order was shipped on December 4th- it is now December 20th, and the order still hasn't arrived. I've reached out to their customer service team twice about this issue, and have heard nothing back. EDIT: I finally got the blanket (and a response). The blanket was great, just as expected, but the company needs to scale up to provide better communication during peak periods, such as Christmas.

There was confusion with my original order so I had to resubmit my picture. It took awhile before I heard back and my order My order was slow being processed. Customer service was very polite and issued a partial refund for my inconvenience. The socks themselves were just average. I expected a little more.

Took a long time but they look good. One sock I ordered the picture is not well defined at all and I’m dissatisfied w it. I ordered 9 socks. And 8 were fine
