Absolutely terrible. My package has been stuck since December 21st (it’s not January 9th). I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times with no response. I want my money back because this company is absolutely awful. I’ve managed to order and receive other things (even with covid delays) - so it’s honestly all bs. Don’t order from here ever.

My order was extremely late and I did not receive the right order. No one from customer service ever replied to me. Terrible service and company.

Horrible. Arrived 3 weeks after the shipping confirmation was sent. I ordered 2 pairs of socks and my dog’s face is just a black blob. Cannot see his eyes or any features.

We ordered the socks on December 8, and were promised delivery by Christmas..December 9 we got an email that our socks were in production...December 19 we got an email that the socks were sent out... received on December 29.... not acceptable

Not only didn’t I receive my socks in time for Christmas, as of January 10th, haven’t received them at all. If ordering for Christmas, allow this site 4 weeks or more to ensure delivery.

Terrible experience and terrible product. The material used for the socks is weird and uncomfortable. I sent a picture of a black lab mix and the print looks like a silouette, you cannot see my dog's facial features at all. I contacted the company about how disappointed I was and no response.

Printed pets face extremely dark despite lit picture provided. Can barely see pets face. Kids socks too big for an average 7 y.o.

Didn’t get the right socks and still haven’t been contacted to get the right ones.
