It's difficult to express how disappointed I feel. Not only have I never received any product after four months, but each time I contacted the company, I had to start from scratch explaining my situation. I had to submit my photo to be printed three times and provide my address three times.

We have not received our order, and have tried multiple times to contact customer service, with no luck. Order was placed on 12/7/21, and we received an email with shipping confirmation on 12/16/21. The tracking number doesn't show it moving at all.

Feels like a scam. Order never arrived and customer service has not replied my email for over a week now. ***EDIT January 30th. I got this email on 11th of January as reply on my message sent on 3rd of January to customer service (sent through my Pupsocks account). We are now 19 days and counting for the next reply. "Hello David I'm very sorry you didn't get prompt correspondence from us and any inconvenience this may have caused! Rest assured, we are working hard to assist our valued customers in a timely manner. I can not find you. What is your order number? Good Day" Pupsocks apparantly does find the time to reply to the comments on Trustpilot, but not to reply to the emails that are sent to their customer service.

This shipment never arrived. I tried to get a replacement or a refund for this order and was told that it was not the companies fault. As the customer I do not know why I am expected to be in charge of the shipment.

Never received what I purchased. Emails were sent stating it had shipped but never could track the package. Emailed customer service, they said I never ordered. So it looks like a big scam. Go somewhere else.

I love the print, it turned out fairly clear. However I would expect when I pay over $30 for a pair of socks that the quality of the material be a bit better. (A LOT better). These socks are made of the flimsiest, non-stretchiest, most uncomfortable fabric. The top of the sock looks like it was cut with safety scissors. I think people in prison would receive better quality socks than these. I'm extremely disappointed because the print is great but the socks are so uncomfortable I could never see myself wearing them.
