I'm satisfied with my order, even though the shipping was delayed. However, I'm not satisfied with the customer service I received. I was offered a 50% off coupon for a future order (for the shipping delay) and the representative would not honor it. I even emailed a screenshot of the email. The representative was not helpful and rude with her remarks. I can provide a copy of the correspondence if needed.

I was surprised by the material of the socks and disappointed in the image because it was too dark.

Update: I received them on Christmas Eve. They were super cute. I just wish they hadn’t taken over a month to get them to me. Seeing that I still have not received the socks, I’d say my rating is low. I ordered them over a month ago. My money is out of my account. The details for delivery still say “not available”.

I ordered two socks for my dog and received one correct sock and another of the wrong dog and sock. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service. I reached out last week.

I ordered as a gift and they were loved but one of the photos was so dark on the fabric you can't even see any features. Just a black outline of a dog head and the photo I uploaded was clearer so make sure your photos are well lit

1/5/22 - update to previous post. I was contacted and refunded the price of my order. They reordered and sent the correct product. It is very nice and I was pleased with the product once received. Original post: I was sent the wrong item. I have reached out by email, chat and Facebook and no one has contacted me to let me know if the “Christmas present” I ordered for someone is even on its way. My order was placed no. November 29th. I received socks with the wrong dog pictures on them on December 20th. So disappointed.

So disappointed I ordered socks but when I received them they were the wrong picture and color. I emailed the issue with a copy of the original confirmation and a picture of the new socks, I have not heard anything other than someone would get back to me in 72 hours. It’s been a week. I did order a blanket and another pair of socks which are cute just wish someone could help with the original issue.

Cute but do not like material...seems rather cheap for the money spent. Ease of cumminication not great either.
