I ordered on 12/9 and received my blanket on12/28 with the wrong dog's face. I have emailed 3 times and contacted on facebook and have not been contacted by customer service to make a correction. Do not order from this company. This was a gift that was never able to be given.

We were initially excited about this product but then there was a continuous delay. The socks never made it to Christmas. We finally received the sox ten days later. We are very dissatisfied with the poor quality of the material especially what we had to pay for the socks. I would not recommend this company.

Very poor quality. Picture super dark and can hardly see the dogs face. These came out terrible. Waste of money.

I paid for "guaranteed Christmas delivery." I didn't get it. I complained and was ignored.

Poor quality sock, poor quality photo reproduction, poor (nonexistent) customer service, no contact phone number. Just all-around an awful customer experience.

This company is an absolute joke. Please look them up before considering spending any money with them. They have horrible reviews for a reason. First and foremost their customer service is nonexistent, trying to resolve any issues is impossible. If you elect to pay for 2 day shipping, they will still send it snail mail and hope that you do not request a refund. Many people receive the wrong pets, luckily I got the right pet the 1st time over a week after I was supposed to get it. Please do a quick search of pupsocks or pupscams, save yourself not only the money but the frustration that comes along with doing business with them.

It's been weeks since I ordered. I paid around 12 bucks for pre-Xmas shipping. I've yet to receive my package. Edith It finally arrived, mid January. They did a terrible job on the socks and sent the wrong size.
