Hello there Daniel, It's unfortunate to see that you had to go through this experience. I do appreciate the time you took to give us your feedback. As a growing company, we do take our customer's feedback seriously and improve along the way. I do want to mention that COVID-related delays and it being the holidays, the time frame was extended more than we really expected. Also, as stated on our Pupsocks website in our FAQs, international orders can take up to 15-20 business days to receive your product (not counting production time). As far as the responses from the service agents, we do receive high volume of emails and respond to them accordingly from previous, to up to the minute. We are committed and work tirelessly to meet our valued customer's needs. Thanks for your feedback.
