HI There I received my order Dec 22, 2021. I was so excited, but when I opened the package I was disappointed to see that the full head shot was not included on the socks ordered, as well, the quality of the socks is horrible. They feel almost like a plastic material. Very disappointed.

The socks’ pictures are cute but I was disappointed with how shiny and stiff the socks themselves are. They feel more like compression hose. Was hoping for something more cozy and plush for the price

The blankets are cute but small. I thought I was supporting a made in the USA business the blankets are made in China. Don't pay for different pictures because they all look the same. Kids will love them but totally overpriced for what they are.

Poor reproduction of my dog's photo. Disappointing for the price, but still a cute gift.

I ordered a custom pair of socks for a Christmas gift before Thanksgiving. I got the socks but they were nothing like what I ordered. By the time customer service returned my message, the order wasn't completed in time to get them for Christmas. My estimated delivery date isn't until Dec.29. This was a very disappointing experience. I have not received the socks yet so I am only hoping they turn out like what I ordered.

Took almost a month to receive. Got for wife only because she really loves her dog. Almost $32 after tax too much money. Weird material. Don’t look like they’d be comfortable for very long. Won’t buy again.

The time between order and receipt was rather long. The idea is cute but the cost is high. The quality seemed on the low side when I could actually feel them. As this was a gift, I don’t and won’t know the wearability.

The shipping was delayed so they gave me a pretty good coupon which I appreciated. However the photo did not look very good on the socks as it was too dark and you couldn’t even tell where my dogs eyes were. Everything else was fine.
