I have ordered from you guys several times (socks) and been very pleased. This time I ordered a large blanket and unfortunately, I can’t say the same. It was a gift to my daughter (her dog) of my grandpuppy and the “head” of the dog is so dark it’s almost unrecognizable. I mean I know she has black fur but she has lots of gray mixed in. None of that showed up. Other than her tooth shining because it’s white, it looks like a blob with purple in it. After going back to website, I realized most pictures are of light colored dogs or cats. Which turn out very well. I don’t normally leave reviews, I just hated paying so much for a blanket that I have to explain what we are looking at.

Poor quality, poor customer service. Reported problem, 'someone will get back to you', so far nothing but ads about how great your company is. Great companies take care of problems promptly. Still waiting...

So far so good. The ordering was easy. However, I received an email to say that my order was on its way on 10th December. So far I have not received the socks I ordered. Very frustrating. 19 days and counting for the delivery. Margot😢

I am still waiting for delivery!! Interesting that the send the survey out about customer satisfaction before I have the product.

Two things - The first is that I sent a message to customer service because my order was taking longer than expected and I never received a response. The second is the quality of the mask is less than sufficient to use as an actual mask. A single layer of thin material doesn't really qualify.

This was a first time purchase and I was not impressed, unfortunately. The idea is too cute, but I did not like the look or feel of the socks when they arrived. The picutre I sent was of a white dog and the socks are a grey/yellow color-- I chose the all-over print and maybe that was my first mistake. But I also thought the material of the socks was not very nice. Maybe that's what it has to be in order to print on them. But it was not soft at all. They are a gift, so I hope my friend likes them more than me.

The sock material is not great. It seems very stiff. Also I’m pretty disappointed with how my pet’s picture came out. He is a black lab but I sent a pretty clear picture. If it was too dark, I wish I had gotten feedback and asked for a different picture. He just looks like a black silhouette of his face.
