The photo on the socks came out so dark you can barely make out our cat’s face and the material doesn’t feel very nice. I asked them to contact me if the image wouldn’t work, but never heard anything back and there were weeks before it shipped. I chose them because of their support of The Humane Society.

I ordered two pair of PupSocks on Nov. 30 for Christmas gifts, but they didn’t show up until the 26th of December. One of the socks looked okay, but the image quality of the other was terrible - you couldn’t even tell that it was a dog.

The print is well made but the fabric of the socks is very bad quality and feel so cheap

The blanket featured the wrong face. One face was correct, the other was not. Quality of the blanket is fine, but customer service was very unconcerned with my problem. No suggestions as to how we can make this right.

The socks were totally the wrong size and are not shaped in a way a normal person's foot would be shaped. The foot area was much larger than the rest of the sock, would fit a hobbit foot. Otherwise the printing was good.

Unfortunately, as much as we wanted to love the pairs we ordered, there were very visible, thick white lines where the creases are. They take away from how cute the designs would have been

I gave a low rating due the fact your Company used the wrong two photos for my socks.

1 of my 2 pairs had the wrong picture on it. I reached out to ask for a refund and haven’t gotten a response. The other pair was fine.
