A waste of money (and time) the blanket looked good on the website but it never arrived. Tried to contact customer service by e mail and from the website witout succes. They not even acknowledged reception of my mails It was going to be a Christmas present for y Daughter, but saddly it didn't happen. Hope other customers had better luck Carlos

I'm sure the socks are great but I paid for guaranteed christmas delivery and didnt receive the socks until january. And then when it did arrive, they were not my socks that I had ordered. Instead of my dog, it was a cat. Maybe someone has a miniature white poodle on their socks and would like to trade? But the biggest problem with this company is that they have no contact info except an email address, but since they dont respond to emails, it is useless. $40 wasted. Not happy.

Order was never delivered like other people says in the review. Have mailed them two times since 3 December and also tried the chat twice without any response.

Item was never delivered. It’s been over a month and USPS status is stuck “in transit” and keeps updating to a later delivery date. Absolutely no response from any email inquiries to get a refund. Do not order!!

The socks are very uncomfortable and have no shape just a straight tube. Photo dark and hard to see. Very unhappy with product

Not happy. I bought a pair of puppy socks because of the sample pair that you show on your web page. I placed an order and stated in the note column that I wanted my dogs face to be cut out all the way down to my dogs chest . She is furry and beautiful. The socks I received was not what I ordered . They cut part of her pretty face and never included her chest hair . I have been trying to get a hold of them and I still haven’t received any response .
