Socks seem to be of cheap material, and they did not arrive in time for Christmas... basically you can have them back!

EDITED 1/12/21: I received my order and finally heard back from customer service. The socks are cute but a weird material and awkwardly shaped. When I tried to reply to the customer service email, I received an error that it was undeliverable. I placed my order on Dec. 8 and received a tracking number the following week. My order hasn’t started moving in over two weeks and I have not received a reply to my messages to customer service. Very disappointed because they were Christmas gifts.

I'm sorry, but I was very disappointed in the socks I ordered. My sister-in-law had recently had to put her much loved pug to sleep, and I thought the socks would be a great Christmas gift and a great way for her to remember her dog. However, the picture of her dog was so dark on the socks that you could hardly see the dog, let alone know it was her dog. I chose white socks since her dog was mostly black. I wanted to cry when I opened the package.

I'll start with the positive: The socks look amazing. The graphics are crisp and a perfect reproduction of the image we sent in. The background of the image was masterfully removed, leaving an A+ pet portrait. Our daughter literally gasped and squealed in delight when she realized it was her cat on the socks. But the socks are truly uncomfortable. They have seams that run down their length on the outside edges. It's a noticeable and awkward bulge that only becomes worse when worn with shoes. Turnaround time to delivery was fine. It wasn't as fast as ordering an off-the-shelf product, of course, but was perfectly reasonable for a bespoke product. In retrospect, I wish we would have gone with a blanket.

Well, to be honest, I ordered a blanket and a pair of socks from you. I received the blanket but not the socks. I am not even sure the blanket and socks are affiliated. If they are not then I still have not received my order. Not that impressed.

Very sad to just give two stars for the socks. We have two dogs so I bought two pairs, one for each of their faces. I had no issues with ordering or delivery, and I thought the socks looked great based on the pattern, color, picture quality of our dogs' faces, etc. I wasn't too concerned with the material, although it is definitely different from normal cotton socks. They're closer to a pair of fitness/running socks I have (To be honest I didn't pay attention to any material details when I ordered so this is not really an issue for me.) The socks were a gift so I did not open them from the packaging or try them on. However, when the gift recipient did open them, it looked like the socks were just long, straight, rectangular tubes of fabric that were printed on. There is no angle where the ankle/heel should be. The heel area is simply a black wedge printed on the tube where the heel might be, but there is no fabric formed to fit an actual heel. When worn on the foot, it looks very awkward - fabric bunched at the top of the ankle, and stretched over the heel. They seem to slide down off the foot easily. They don't seem very comfortable to wear at all. I was excited to purchase these socks as they look very cute, but for the price I paid, I was sadly very disappointed by how unwearable they really are.

I only received one of the 2 pair of socks I ordered. I contacted costumer service and have yet to hear back from them. The socks I did receive were cute. I just hope I can get my money back for the ones I didn’t get.
