The socks finally came & my dogs face is so dark my husband didn’t even see our dog on the socks ☹️

The socks arrived so very very late, the customer service was non-existent, the socks themselves are super thin and ‘Fakey’ feeling, and they don’t really fit. Such a bummer all around.

I ordered the socks on November 15 for Christmas. Sadly, I did not receive the order to see the happy face of my loved one. There were so many emails to customer service, for and back till today, January 11. I haven’t even received even the product or the refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This was the WORST company I’ve ever experienced. Not only was it impossible to contact the joke of a customer service team, the guy actually swore at me when attempting to help “resolve” the issues. I paid extra to have them “guaranteed” by Christmas……..just an absolute joke of a company that should be reported to law enforcement for “stealing” our money and never getting resolution.

Order was late, ordered 2 pairs of socks and 1 pair sent was not even our dog. Image quality in the pair that included our dog was very poor, so dark the dog’s eyes are not visible.

Quality of socks were okay at best. For the price you pay for the socks I believe there are way better custom socks out there. On top of that, I ordered 2 custom socks for Christmas and only got 1. I feel ripped off. Their shipping process was absolutely horrifying. It too over a month to get my pair of socks and it arrived Christmas eve. Which saved me with one person's present... although I did not have a gift for the other person because they never shipped the other pair I ordered. So very disappointed. Buyer beware!

I ordered the same sock on 2 orders. 1st order took 30+ days to arrive and the image was poor with a whit blotch. Second order arrived in 10 days perfect. I reached out to the customer service channel a week ago and have not heard back
