I ordered a pair of socks as a gift around Thanksgiving. It was posted on the website that they would ship in 8-10 business days. I finally received my order last week, which means it took over 3 weeks for them to ship and arrive. I understand that this is a custom item, and we were very pleased with how they turned out, but they should not state that they’ll come within a certain amount of time when that is not the case. I also tried contacting customer service 3 times about the status of my order (on Facebook, through their email and their customer support on the website). It took almost a week to hear back from anyone and even then I wasn’t provided with much information. Long story short, great product, poor customer service and shipping times. Definitely allow much more time if planning to order.

They ae cute , the photo is very dark and is difficult for my mom to see her dog on the sock.

The image was great BUT the socks do NOT fit very well. The quality of sock was not the greatest, the size did not fit my daughter and it was too tight around the ankle. Disappointed!

Service was good. Wished I could have seen a preview of the socks as some of the images came out dark.

Looks good but socks are zero bit comfortable.

Not happy with design of one of my blankets. Would have been nice for them to send me a preview of the design before they produced it. I reached out to customer care several days ago but they have not replied.

The idea of the socks is cute and I wish I could say I love them. They don't feel like "yarn" socks to me -- they sort of have a slick feel. I had two photos of my dogs (one is red and white, the other is black). The pictures were taken in normal lighting but came out on the socks very dark. Couldn't make out any features of the black dog except for his teeth. It was a gag gift, but still somewhat disappointing for the price.
