I ordered these socks for my family for Christmas. The order arrived when expected and looked even cuter than I thought! Christmas morning everyone laughed so hard at this unexpected gift of socks with our pup’s face all over them- It was a hit! Until we tried them on… The socks fit is pretty funky. They bunch up on top and the black heel ends up being in an awkward spot. I thought maybe I got them too big, but even when I tried on my daughters socks that were a size smaller than mine, the same issue was happening. A great gag gift idea and we want to be able to wear them, but it’s such a bummer that the fit is so uncomfortable. I am disappointed, but I didn’t give a 1 star rating considering the prompt arrival and appearance.

Shipping takes forever, the company provides no update on order status

The socks are ok, customizations are good but NOT worth the money or the wait. I placed this order on Nov 17 and recieved them Dec 27. When I reached out to customer service to find out what was going on with my shipment (in mid-December) I recieved an auto-reply stating they'd respond within 72 hours. Almost 2 weeks later, I still hadn't heard anything or recieved my order so I followed up and got the she auto-reply. I still haven't heard from anybody at customer service. Fortunately, my order finally arrived.

The picture of one of my dogs was way too dark and you could not see his face. The contrast could have been adjusted prior to printing the sock so you could see his face. The other picture was perfect. Overall, I was let down because I had a lot of excitement to see how it was gonna turn out.

The quality of the image on the socks is great but the quality of the socks themselves is subpar. Tracking told me that they were arriving the next calendar day four days in a row and the initial order indicated that I'd receive them two weeks earlier than they did.

The image on the socks was so dark, I can barely see the dog's eyes. When I sent the image, I specifically stated in the special instructions, "lighten where necessary". Very disappointed.

I ordered a blanket for my daughter, it was going to be her Christmas gift, when I placed the order it say it will arrive before Christmas, the blanket came after Christmas and my daughter was very upset that she was missing her gift, and then the pictures of the dogs on the blanket had very bad quality. very dessapointed with this order

Poor communication. Finally recieved, was shocked at size of socks, have never seen a pair of socks this large in diameter, they just fall down to my grandaugeters ankles. Printing and color were good. Granddaughter is 18 yo so not a small child. Would like to return for refund as she can't wear them. Very dissatisfied with quality for price. Sincerely Dora Ledbetter
