Socks took almost a month to finally arrive. Not upset with the product so much as the lack of communication about delays from the company. Would only recommend if you are NOT ordering around the holiday season.

Quality lower than expected including image printing. Plus took more than a month to be delivered.

Delivery was delayed by close to 4 months. Supposed to have been a Christmas gift and ordered months before Christmas and the just arrived within the past week at the end of January

I did not end up giving the PupSocks that I ordered at Christmas time as a gift. I was disappointed in the quality of the material, which to me felt very artificial and stiff. I also expected the socks would have cuffs that would help them stay in place. Instead, the socks are not shaped like they are intended to fit a foot at all -- they're straight and just sort of end. I also did not like how the image of my dog turned out. I bear some responsibility here since I submitted the photo. However, I wrote in some questions about the image in the notes section at the time I placed the order. I had hoped to be advised if the photo would turn out well or if I needed to resubmit. Since the company references "designers," I thought it was possible for skilled alteration of the image. I thought the production would go beyond essentially cropping, cutting, and pasting. I did not receive any communications with the company, though, aside from automated confirmations. To me, the image on the sock looks even darker than the one in the photo and even quite blurry. The socks did arrive on time and I found the website easy to use. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Order arrived two and a half weeks after placing it. The material of the socks are not soft cotton and I’m not very excited to give the gift due to the quality.

Very cute but the fit was odd and no one will wear them. Nice idea though.

The printing was good and the colors. I had purchased socks from Amazon just like these, but I didn’t not like the material of the socks so I wanted to try this website out. They were the exact same material are the socks I ordered from Amazon and twice as expensive . Not worth the money at all. I thought these would be like a regular nice cotton sock. But it doesn’t feel like cotton at all and they are shaped funny and for wide feet. Will not buy again.

I received PupSocks as a Christmas gift. The actual paw printed sock design was cute and my dog’s picture came out nicely, however, these socks really are not socks. The material is not soft and they are not sock shaped: more like pieces of rectangular fabric that were given a black marking for a ‘heel’. The fabric bunches around the ankle and heel and is very uncomfortable. Cudos to my husband for picking out a gift I would typically have loved but thumbs down to PupSocks for selling these as socks. They cannot be worn like a typical sock. Maybe for bedtime wear but even then they were uncomfortable. Quite a disappointment. Look elsewhere.
