Hi there! Thank you so much for reaching out to us! We are so sorry to hear that you experienced quite a lengthy delay with your order. Unfortunately, the holidays left us with an extreme backlog and we have since then been able to clear out all the inquiries submitted. After taking a further look into your account and tracking details, I can see that there were no updates on your original order after 12-12, we have been asked by USPS to allot at least 6 business days without tracking updates before deeming a package as lost. We can assure you that we would not create false tracking numbers and provide them to our customers. After receiving your inquiry, one of our team members issued a replacement to compensate for the lost package. According to tracking , your replacement was delivered. Unfortunately, the holidays left us with an extreme backlog and we have since then been able to clear out all the inquiries submitted. After taking a detailed look at tracking information, I can see that your order has been stuck in pre-shipment with no updates since 12-7. Typically, after 10-12 business days Asendia has suggested to deem a package as lost. We apologize that your package has not arrived and rest assured we will issue a replacement right away. Regarding your order, USPS has recommended to allow at least 6 business days to pass without any tracking updates , before deeming a package as lost. At this time, if there have no updates for a month , there is a good chance that it was lost in shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused!
