While the socks were nice the customer service was terrible. No way to contact the company via phone or email. Tracking number did not show any tracking. Order placed November 18th Received notice of shipment December 15th. Arrived December 27th

When I ordered my two blankets and pair of socks at the beginning of December, I was under the impression from the information provided on the website, that I would receive my order before Christmas. I did not. When I received the tracking information, it was never updated to let me know the package was on the way - it seemed like it was lost. I emailed the customer service team twice about the package status, and was only sent a boiler plate response that someone would get back to me in 72 hours. That was last week. The package finally turned up today and upon opening it, I saw my two blankets... and a pair of socks that are not my dog, and not the pattern I ordered. I will not be using this company again, as it is evident their customer service needs improvement, as well as their quality control. I wonder if this review will even warrant a response from them. I am doubtful.

Good idea, bad implementation. The socks look also good, but don't fit to human feet. They can be used as decoration, but not as socks. They are too wide at the toes, but too tight at the foot and ankle. They are uncomfortable and unergonomic. Disappointing... Rating could be average, but for that price my rating is poor.

Super late, plastic feeling. Ordered kids sizes and they are huge. Said 2 day shipping but took closer to 3 weeks. Disappointed to say the least

The fact that you use UPSMailInnovations is ridiculous. Worst shipping service. I live one state away and it took 2 weeks to get my shipment after I received the notification that it had shipped. Shipped on Dec 15th and arrived Dec 29th. These were Christmas gifts that obviously did not arrive in time for Christmas.

I cancelled my order and got a refund but still received my order. Only to find out half my order was wrong. Don’t order from this company.

The sock and image quality was poor. I have an older pair that I love so I ordered one as gift. It came in Christmas Eve so I still gave it as a gift but honestly we both kind of laughed. The image I provided was very clear but the socks I received made a pug face all black. No eyes, nose or mouth. I gave it a 2 stars because I love my original pair and hope they will get back to that printing quality and material.

Horrible sock fabric with a colorless line running down the sides. The picture was good. Novelty gift that won’t be comfortable to wear. Poor quality order# 2717579
