I Never received the product, lost in shipping....OK i gave them some slack, but now after 2 emails no response I am not pleased. their customer service stinks.

I ordered on the 21 December an it‘s still doesn’t arrived today is the 11 January

Was late, payed extra to get here on Christmas only for the socks to come on January 4th. Got no refund for the 7 dollars extra I payed for “Christmas guaranteed” shipping.

Terrible experience with pup socks. Took over a month to ship. Photo quality is poor. Socks are so uncomfortable. What material are these socks even made out of? Save yourself the pain, don't buy socks from this company.

The fabric is awful. I would give it a ~ 10

This was supposed to be a gift for my boss for Christmas. She never received the order. I tried emailing twice with no replies, no phone numbers to contact either. I’m wondering if this is a scam? lol

I was disappointed in the quality of the socks. And, the pup face printed too dark, so you could barley see it. The original wasn’t that dark, just not a good print job.

I finally received the socks and mask I ordered as a gift for my daughter. The socks are way too large, misshapen, and the quality of the fabric is not at all what I expected. I will not order again from this company and would not refer friends or family.
