I was very disappointed in the quality of these socks. They were not as represented and I sent an email to the customer service email and it does not go thru.

I am extremely disappointed in my order. I did not get a blanket with my cat on it. I received a blanket with pictures of 4 random cats on it and none of them where mine. I am been trying to reach out to pupsocks to get this situation resolved and I hear nothing back from them except for they are busy via email. There is no phone number to call just an email. Do not order from his company.

I still have not received my order that I was promised by 12/24... its 1/12- nor have i received correspondence back from this company about my order. For $30 socks I would expect a little better from customer service. But don't worry- I'm still getting daily marketing emails from this company.

I wanted to love these, but they were a total waste of money. I ordered the facemash socks with 2 faces. The tone/color is far too dark and very yellow on the socks, the cutout was sloppy (not like in their example photo) and one face featured more than the other. Since I ordered them, they have put a note that dark dogs do not print well on facemash, which is true, but there was no note when I ordered. The lack of a draft/preview does not help avoid catastrophic results. The socks themselves feel and look very cheap, considering they are $30 apiece. My order turned out so badly, that I did not even gift them to the intended recipients. It took over a month to receive the socks (ordered before Thanksgiving, received after Xmas). I have tried to get in touch with customer service through email and messages and have gotten no response for a couple weeks now. I try to be understanding of staffing limitations, but I see that my messages have been received and I have gotten no response, so my patience is wearing a little thin. I wanted to try to give them a chance to remedy this, but it seems that is not going to happen.

Not my pup or my socks. I believe I received someone else's order. I tried to get ahold of someone at PupSocks (twice) and left a message (twice) and no one ever responded. Additionally the order came much later than I anticipated.Very disappointed!

There's no collaboration showing what the sock would look like. Or the photo on it. The photo of my dog was so dark you can't even tell it's a dog. If i had a chance to review it i would've submitted a new image with increased brightness. Why didn't the artist cropping my photo do that? Socks have completely square toes as if their template was just two rectangles sewn together. All that for a single pair of socks that cost 30$. I want a refund
