Help there! I'm really to see that the custom product did not come out the way you expected. On our website we do inform our customers that our designers team is specialized in cropping just the head of your furry friend, unless told otherwise on the designers note section to include the body. There is also a sample photo, when placing your order, of only a golden retrievers head cropped so our customer have a general idea on how their product will come out. Again, I'm sorry to see that it was not what you expected and hope to reach your satisfaction in the future. If you have any further questions or concerns, contact us at [email protected]
