Hello Adrienne, I'm sorry you feel this way and that you were left unsatisfied. We always try to go over and beyond for our customers. I went back to our system to see if we resolved the issue and a very important reason why we were offering you a store credit is because outbound mailing from the USA to New Zealand were restricted and they had suspended all mailing services. This situations was explained to you. This was far from our reach to control, which is why we offered a store credit so when mailing services resume, you can place your order with us again.
