Hi Catherine, Hope all is well. I am so sorry that you did not like the PupSocks! If you can reach out to us at [email protected] one of our Customer Service Reps can help you with an amicable resolution. Since you did the review on your own it does not provide any way to get back in touch with you. Have a great day! Betsy The PupSocks Team

Hi Patrick, Thank you for your feedback! It was not our intention to send you someone else's special gift and for that, we are deeply saddened. In order for us to improve as a company, and not make these kinds of fulfillment mishaps, we take your feedback extremely serious. After taking a look into your issue, I'm glad to see a solution was reached via email. We appreciate your business and thank you for your honest feedback. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🌟

Hello there, Thanks for placing an order with us. We’ve worked so hard to create a structured production and fulfillment process and hate that we did not reach your satisfactions with us. Unfortunately, we could not locate any specific order details based on the information provided in your organic review. That said, please email our support team directly at [email protected] to confirm that your order issue has been rectified to your satisfaction. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your patience.

Hello Sara, I'm really happy to see that you loved the quality and the image printed on the custom product. However I am saddened to see that the shape of your socks were not what you had expected. When going through the sublimation process, they are heat pressed and flattened which is why it seems shapeless but one thing that could help is washing the socks. I hope you consider us in the future and check out our other cool products. I'm sure you would love the custom blankets. If you need anything, reach out to us at [email protected]

Hi Sylvia, Thanks for your review. I'm terribly sorry you haven't received your order yet. We do advise international customers it may take 5-20 business days to receive based on location. After looking into your order I see your order was processed through our international distribution center. Please lookout for an email from one of our team members pertaining to your tracking information. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team
