I wrote a message yesterday about my blanket! They made a huge mistake! It is NOT my dog on the blanket!

I was not happy with the material that the socks are made of.. not your typical socks

This product never came.

Purchased the child size socks and they are wide with no structure to them at all. They are rigid with no elasticity to give them a fit for a child’s foot. The coloring is dull, not at all like pictures online and the photo quality is disappointing. For the price I paid for a pair of kid’s socks, I expected better. Total waste for our family.

Quite literally the worst shopping experience ever. They claim delivery of item within 8-10 business days, but I personally had two orders ship 20+ days after I ordered and a friend didn’t receive her order for almost 3 months! Customer service SEEMS helpful because they are somewhat prompt in their response, but they don’t actually do anything to help. I also received an email from one of their interns that was only meant for their internal team. They really don’t have their stuff together and I have no idea how they’re functioning as a company. Do yourself a favor and shop with one of the other vendors that offers the same product. Hopefully your gifts will then arrive on time and you won’t have the headache that comes along with shipping at PupSocks.

I’ve reached out three times to customer service to try and have a replacement blanket sent before Christmas. The picture of my black lab came out completely black with just my dogs tongue all over it. It looks horrible

I ordered socks With my dog on them received socks that were the wrong color and somebody else's dog I've been trying to get ahold of them for 4 days no response so now I've lost out on that money and a Christmas gift I would never buy from this company again and I would recommend nobody ever buy from them either

Delivers never arrive No answers Worst internet shop ever!!! Avoid!!!
