I very clearly expressed what should be used for the image. Obviously no one read what I wrote. I got a pair of socks that are TERRIBLE. I contacted customer service, and they said they were setting up a new order, and that I should receive tracking information within five business days. That was seven business days ago, and nothing. If I don't hear from someone within another few days, I am going to contest this order with Amex and throw this crap in the garbage.

Service après vente pitoyable

First of all I received the wrong pair of socks, wrong color and wrong dog. I have emailed once before about this problem and all I received was they would be closed for the Christmas holidays. No further communication from them since. Bad customer service.

I opened my mailbox and had an empty envelope from Pupsocks. I reach out to customer service and no response. I didn’t spend $30 for special socks for no response. The envelopes need to be packaged better. Not something that can easily rip open and fall out.

HORRIBLE Product, Zero customer service and clearly zero quality control. I ordered three blankets. One with each kids pet on it. 2 of them are ok but one is just a blob instead of a face. I reached out three times and have not gotten a single response! The two that are ok I cannot give because I will have three kids opening presents on Christmas morning and can't give 2 of them a blanket and leave the other out. I paid through PayPal and since I have not heard back from pupsocks I am moving in that direction to get my money back. All of this could have been avoided with a little communication but they have provided none. Will NEVER shop here again and will spread the word on that to as many people as I can.

Disappointed to say the least. I received my order and did not get what I paid for. Emailed Pupsocks with my concerns tool 3 days for a response and I responded with what I received and with hopes of them fixing their mistake. I have not heard back and I even sent another email. I am very upset I did not get what I ordered.

Did not arrive

The pictures on the socks are the only good thing I have to say about these socks. The material is hard to stretch. The fit of the socks is the worst part. They bunch up on the top of my foot & on the arch of my foot. I have tried pulling them up higher and the folds will not pull up, it only makes them worse. I thought maybe my foot was too small, so my husband tried them on and they do the same thing on his feet. These socks are not shaped for feet! I am not a happy customer!
