Cute socks. The picture is pretty good. The material is a bit odd. But overall, happy with my purchase.

Loved everything except one pair where the dogs face was too black so he looks like a blob. Not your fault however. Only wish I could have been able to preview the sock before order is processed! I do love them and they make a great gift!

I was pleased with the overall quality of this blanket. It’s a good thick material, very soft. My only complaint is that I wish they provided more guidance on selecting photos. Obviously I’m responsible for the photos I picked, but I didn’t take lighting, etc into consideration and so now I have regrets. Maybe including some recommendations of things to consider or a preview option would be helpful. Product is great though!

-No notification that socks were being mailed. I had to manually check -Once received, they were the wrong socks. There is no formal process for returns or refund -I “messaged” the organizations with no transparency on status. Update for my review. The team outreached and resolved my issue.

Just received, a really cute product. The communication concerning shipping was not clear but it came and before Christmas and that was the important part!

They came exactly as expected! I do wish that I would've been able to see a test print or something for peace of mind, but I was very happy with the socks!

It took longer than expected, but I finally got my order. I will say that their customer service isn't the best. I tried to contact them about my order by email, but they went unanswered. I placed my order on November 27th, received shipping notification on December 1st, and I finally received it on December 18th. The order was correct and looked great. I'm sure they are busy with the holidays, but they need to do a better job at communication. If they would just put a message on their website, or answer emails, I'm sure more would have a positive experience.

It look over a month to receive my order and when I did, I received my order and a pair of socks of someone elses. Not really what is advertised in your emails and on your website. Disappointing but socks were cute!
