I'm still waiting to get word that my order will ship! No word from you on what the problem is.

Ordered a month ago and still haven't received. Customer service is atrocious. Nobody can tell me when it'll ship. They respond to emails a week later, if they respond at all. Absolutely horrible company.

The image was spot on - everything else awful. Socks were not cut like socks at all, but one long 'tube-like' with no shape elastic style support hose that didn't fit men's size 10-13 as stated. I contacted customer service SIX TIMES and 13 days later I am still trying to get resolution and a re-order. I was told initially these were novelty items (stated nowhere on their website or when ordering) and basically maybe the person was too fat. My boyfriend is a true size 10 and has super tiny chicken legs and they were crazy tight on him. (I made him try them on with his eyes closed so he could still be surprised for Christmas...haha. He thought I was trying to prank him they were so tight like a pair of kids socks.) They wanted to give me a $9.00 in-store credit when I paid $26.96 for ONE pair of socks. What a joke. 13 days later I'm still waiting to hear back after my 6th email to what seems like the only person that actually responds to emails for a reprint. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - BAD QUALITY - UNRESPONSIVE - AWFUL NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

They told me I would receive a credit and I never did. I followed up and no response.

Although I sent an excellent picture the picture on the socks was dark and one eye couldn’t be seen. I was very disappointed & wouldn’t recommend you.

Worst customer service. I ordered pet socks and received socks with two kids faces on them — that alone is concerning as they should not be careless with the socks that have kids faces on them. I’ve sent countless emails and no one has responded. This has been for weeks now.

Ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift with two dogs on it .One dog was right the other they put a copy of the picture I sent on the blanket. No cropping, just a full photo of the other dog it looks ridiculous. Tried contacting them they said they respond in a few hours it's been days no response. Then get an email saying that I didn't purchase from this site which I absolutely did. I have an account through pup socks and also screenshots of my order number. This is the worst customer service I would not recommend.

I ordered socks with my dogs face on them- confirmed by an email complete with dog photo. Instead, I got socks with a horses face. Reached out by email hoping to get correct, paid for socks in time for Christmas. NO REPLY. Money down the drain- what a con job: the horse socks were those in the advertisement- guess they send them out to everyone!
