I cant track my order from november 14 and no message from you of delivery status. That's bad service :(

In their home section, in their web page, they do not mention that the production of the socks take more than a week. Si if you do not review FAQ, its impossile to know that you need to count with the production days. Who reviews the FAQ?? Why isnt this information on your home section?? You only mention the fast shipment. After I Pay I received an email indicating that I will receive the sock between 8 to 10 business days. That is not fast right?? So now I am leaving from SF to Peru without my socks for christmas. Also, you did not answer any of my emails. Specially the one when I ask you for information about the production time, so I can change the shipment address.

Buyer Beware! Zero customer service. I placed an order for 2 custom socks that were supposed to include my pet dog. The order I received had someone else's dog on one pair and a cat on the other! I contacted the customer service email 3 separate times and have never received a response. Do not trust them with your money, I lost $50!

I ordered these ahead of my sister's birthday, which has now passed. I received the package WITHOUT the contents, which the USPS stamped on the package. I sent the photo via email/website to the company and have not heard ANYTHING! I was hoping to maybe get a replacement pair in time for Christmas but it's not looking too hopeful. I have not heard ANYTHING from customer service and I should have known that something seemed off if there is no phone number to actually call someone. I'm highly disappointed in this lack of response from this company. I was going to order another pair for my brother in law but I will just save myself the hassle.

The image printed so poorly it barely looks like my dog! My order was delayed without any word as to why - I had to repeatedly contact customer service and only got bare bones responses. Disappointing all around.

Very firm socks. Liked the look of them but they were too small and terrible quality

The socks were not made per the directions. Photos were cropped wrong etc…. 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting for a response to get my order corrected. Guessing I won’t have it for Xmas now. 🤬 Poor customer service.
