I did not receive the socks I ordered and have tried to reach out several times. I would appreciate it if someone would call me back or reply to my inquiry.

Not great - yet. My order still hasn’t been received so it’s hard to tell. Possibly just a glitch in timing. I’ll wait and see. Happy to change my rating if the order arrives.

Absolute garbage customer service. It is impossible to get in touch with anybody, I’ve emailed and messaged them several times regarding a order I had questions about and they never respond. Also they claim to ship within 8-10 business days of ordering if you’re in the US. Mine still just says “in production” which isn’t a huge deal, but I wanted to make sure I got them in time for Christmas, but since nobody will respond to me at all, this company gets 1 star. Atleast have some decent customer service if nothing else.
