Socks were not as expected at all. They do not look like their ad. I reached out to customer service and they offered to redo or provide a store credit. It has been a month and I have sent two additional emails and have still not received my store credit.

I placed an order for two pairs on 26 Sept for a birthday gift in November - thought this would be plenty of time even given shipping issues. Really regret spending that $60, they never arrived and no response at all to my queries. This company is either a scam or totally overwhelmed- either way don't touch them with a barge pole as they don't even have enough respect for their customers to answer emails, let alone refund hard earned money. Very disappointed.

Horrible. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I received the socks, but they were not even remotely what I ordered. Prints were wrong on both socks and none of the dog faces were the correct dog! There is no phone number to contact customer service and the email they provide for customer service was returned to me as undeliverable. I paid $66 for 2 pair of hideous, horrible quality socks with the wrong print and dog faces on them. This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had investigated them before ordering. What a scam! They have basically just stolen my money.

Ordered 2 pairs on 11/15. Still says “in production”…have not received any responses to my many emails. Hopefully I’ll receive them someday…

I ordered socks on Nov 22. Website said the order would take about 10 days. Here it is Dec 9 and no socks still. A tracking number for USPS was uploaded but they have not recieved a package yet...bottim line is I would not order anything from this company again. hopefully I get my order one day, doubtful I get it by Christmas which is why I ordered them in November.

When placing my pupsocks order as a Christmas gift, I was very specific on how the photos I selected were to be used. It took many weeks for the product to arrive....and it was incorrect. My instructions were not followed. I sent an email 5 days ago and I have not received a response except for an auto generated one. The company does not provide a phone number. I am a very unhappy customer but since you only show 4 and 5 star reviews I doubt anyone will see it!

I cannot really leave a review. There has been no Customer Service Response on my several attempts to get anshipping status on my oder. I am afraid that I will not have this for the intended Xmas Gift....

Considering I have not yet recieved these yet, I don't think I can review the service. They look great but they'd look even better in my hand. Regards
