GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

I was hot happy at all with my socks. I don't recall see anything where it stated that these are not actually socks that anyone could really use. I have since spoke to a co-worker who used your site and found out the same.

if i can give 0 i would.. ordered from Nov 19th, almost a month later still no socks. I reached out 3 times, they finally reply once, apologize and offered discount. i replied, sure, thank you and please keep me update on WHEN can i received my socks. you might expect getting a follow up reply, but no no no. they will just ghost you again and again and again and again.. i want my full refund!

The review is bad at this stage as I have not received my order. I would like a full refund please and thank you.

Ordered a pair of socks. All was fine, including time it took to ship. Then I received an empty package. There was a USPS sticker on the package that had the following items checked off: -Received unsealed -Received damaged -Received without contents After two weeks of sending contact forms on their site, emails to the customer service email address, and Facebook messages, I have received zero responses. Reporting to credit card company for charge back. Update: finally received a response from the company. They were going to re-ship. I asked for them not to at this point as I already ordered from a competitor in time to get them for Christmas.

My order no 2623812 is neşeliyim processing status for 1 MONTH . I have asked for 2 times frm your web site about my order but you still de not give any reply. Thanks for your poor servise.
