Revived someone else socks and never got a refund or any reply from the company.

Placed order 11/21. Received it 12/7. Opened upon receipt. The white westhighland Terrier pup printed in the blanket was PURPLE. I immediately reached out to support referencing my order number. No response so I followed up again on 12/10. I still have not received a reply. I would really appreciate a response from you.

They are very thin and very straight. Should call them puphose not socks.

The socks I ordered for my son are damaged. There was a fold in the sock when it was printed and now there’s a big white spot on the sock. I cannot get customer service to respond to me and these were a Christmas gift. Very bummed. Poor quality control and customer service. The kids socks also look huge. I do not recommend.

I ordered a womens size 4-8 and what arrived seemed to be a mens XL. They’re a gift and they will not fit my aunt. I contacted pup socks a few times about the issue and have not heard back. Not good customer service especially around the holidays.

I was so excited to find this company and ordered a full priced blanket before Thanksgiving. I ordered 4 photos of dogs and paid a surcharge. The blanket arrived 2 and a 1/2 weeks later with only one photo printed. I have emailed the company 4 times and twice received a response saying someone would contact me. I am now a week later with no response and no gift for this elderly person . I am so disappointed. They have my money but I didn't get what I paid for.

Late shipping and they're lying as "We sent" when I checked the tracking number that they gave me USPS was saying "We're waiting for the package"

I received the wrong size of socks. Reached out to customer service 5 days ago and still have not received a response.
