These aren't socks. They are a nylon material that don't fit on normal feet. These are horribly overpriced and not a good product. Stay away

My dog is black and it ended up just looking like a black blob where you can barely see any of her face. I wrote customer service and they didn't respond. Also had one made of my white cat and that was fine. Guess my advice is skip if you have a dark color animal

I'd love to write a review of the actual product, but I haven't received it yet. I placed my order on 11/13 and still haven't received my order. I've reached out a few times for an update and haven't received a response.

I placed my order on November 3 and receive my order December 11. When I opened my bag it was incorrect, not even my pet. I emailed customer service five times and have not heard back.

They put the wrong dog on my socks and the customer service is none existent. No response or doing anything to fix the issue or even try to resolve it. I will dispute it with cc company to get my money back.

So far my experience sucks. They took my $57 dollars over a month ago. They provided a link that said the socks were turned over to the post office. The post office link said they didn't have the package. Pupsocks customer service has not responded at all to four emails. Don't waste your time and money. Pass this product by.

I got two pair of socks one was correct the other was not. I’ve reached out to customer service several times and no one returns my emails. So I paid $30 for a pair of socks with someone else dog on them! So I did a little research and it looks like lots of ppl have bad experience with this company….do your research before you spend $ don’t make sams mistake I did
