Terrible. My order came with multiple problems including a missing sock, receiving a sock with someone else’s dogs in it, and a sock with a giant snag. I’ve written to the company multiple times by email and Instagram and have not received a response. Steer clear of this company, it’s AWFUL!!! Also the quality of the socks is a joke.

Poor customer service and inaccurate timelines. I have now waited 6+weeks for an order that was supposed to take “8-10 days” according tot he website when I ordered. No phone number available to call, 3-5 days to hear back through email, and a shipping method akin to coast-to-coast bicycle messenger.

Unfortunately these are the some of the lowest quality socks I've ever had. They are rough, the imagine quality is low and the size runs extremely large. Hopefully the company can improve their product because I love the idea

not good the image i sent had two different dogs on it and the socks only have one image of the same dog. not good at all and these socks were expensive.

Terrible! Socks feel cold and slippery, and size “small” is huge!

HORRIBLE! I ordered socks with a picture of my white Labrador and got socks with different cats all over them. I reached out to customer service 3 times and no response. Your company is terrible and I would never buy from you again. Total and complete waste of money. Ripoff!!

I placed my order in early November. I received an email notice from the company on 11/29 stating that my order had shipped and they provided a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number a few days later I noticed that the status showed that USPS is waiting to receive the package. I sent an email to the company asking for an accurate status on 12/6. I have still not heard back from anyone. Very disappointed. Bill D.
