I ordered but never received my pup socks. So I will have to give them a bad review.

The printing was way too dark. And I have reached out to customer service 3 times to get this fixed and only got a response saying we will be in touch. Horrible experience in every way.

I had two orders. In one, I received the wrong socks. It was a picture of another dog! In the other order I got my dog but the picture quality was horrible! The dog, who is black, is printed super dark on one pair and BLUE on another. To make matters worse, I contacted customer service 4 times over 8 days and they still haven’t resolved my issues or given a refund. I’m so disappointed and aggravated. Waste of money and time.

I ordered 5 pairs and only three were delivered- the other two are someone else’s dogs. Haven’t heard back from customer service and its been 2 weeks. one of the two not delivered was the reason I placed the order, so I feel very disappointed to have spent $125. and not receive what I ordered. This is a holiday gift failure. I hope it doesn’t happen to you!

The printing was fine, but these aren't really shaped like socks and apparently aren't very comfortable.

Almost 1 month and still no socks. Last update was 12/10/2021. I ordered them 11/18/2021. The time from order to receipt is unacceptable.

There is no customer support. I don't even know why I'm filling this out. Obviously a human isn't going to see it. I was told that my order shipped 2 weeks ago, but UPS still hasn't received it, which seems to be common according to other reviews. I've tried unsubbing from the email list multiple times, but still received regular spam until I blocked PupSocks. I've tried emailing customer support about it, but as I said, there is none. I've already reported PupSocks to the Better Business Bureau and declared this charge as fraudulent through USAA.
