I received socks with someone else’s dog on them. I have sent 3 emails to customer service and have had no response. A Christmas gift ruined. I Do NOT recommend anyone ordering from you.

The product is OK, customer service is absolutely terrible. My order was supposedly completed, they sent me a tracking number that did not have any information associated with it whatsoever, until it actually arrived. When it did arrive, only 1 item out of the 2 item order was included. I tried to contact them via email, then I went to their support contact on their website to let them know I had not received 1 of the items. I have yet received no response, and have no idea what is going on. I will not ever use this company again. Communication is necessary to ensure your customer knows what is happening with their order, especially at holiday time.

I ordered my socks over 5 weeks ago and they've yet to arrive. I reached out to Customer Service and never heard back. Would not recommend.
